Gastric bypass study seeks to uncover hidden kidney stone risks

Summary
This study looks at how diet and sex influence the chance of developing kidney stones after gastric bypass surgery. About 28 people who are approved for surgery will eat a special diet for six days and visit the clinic three times. Researchers will measure urine changes to understand risk factors better.
