Could a simple fiber ease Parkinson's symptoms?

Summary

This study tests whether a dietary fiber called resistant maltodextrin is safe and tolerable for people with Parkinson's disease. It also looks at whether the fiber can change gut bacteria and possibly improve movement and non-movement symptoms. Half of the 30 participants get the fiber, the other half get a placebo. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change can help manage symptoms.
