Summary
This study tests whether a probiotic called Saccharomyces boulardii can improve the gut's ability to control what passes into the body. Researchers will give the probiotic or a placebo to 56 healthy adults and measure changes in gut permeability, inflammation, and digestive symptoms. The goal is to understand how this probiotic affects intestinal barrier function.
