Summary

This study aimed to test whether specially prepared gut bacteria pills could help cancer patients who developed severe, persistent colitis (colon inflammation) from their immunotherapy drugs. The research focused on patients whose colitis didn't improve with standard steroid treatments. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
