First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a special gut bacteria therapy (RMT) to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy can help control advanced lung cancer better than placebo. About 82 people with untreated, advanced non-small cell lung cancer will take RMT or placebo pills along with their regular treatment. The goal is to see if the bacteria therapy improves how long the cancer stays under control and is safe to use.
