Summary

This study looks at how gut bacteria and diet relate to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Researchers will measure substances in stool from people with IBS and healthy volunteers after a special diet. The goal is to understand what causes IBS symptoms, not to test a treatment. About 72 adults aged 18-75 will participate.
