Summary
This study is testing if taking lactulose, a type of sugar, can change the gut bacteria in a way that makes immunotherapy more effective for people with advanced cancer. It will involve about 55 adults with specific cancers who are already scheduled to receive immunotherapy. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria and see if the cancer responds better to treatment.
