NCT ID NCT05030038

First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tracks how a common breast cancer drug (aromatase inhibitor) changes the bacteria in your gut and how that might affect estrogen levels. Researchers will collect stool and blood samples from 25 participants before and after starting the medicine. The goal is to understand the connection between gut health and hormone levels, not to test a new treatment.
