Summary

This study compares high-dose and extended-interval guselkumab against the standard dose in 400 Chinese adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The goal is to see which dosing schedule works best to clear skin and stay safe over 86 weeks. Participants must have had psoriasis for at least 6 months and be eligible for systemic treatment.
