Can a stronger dose of guselkumab tame tough Crohn's cases?

NCT ID NCT07616687

First seen Jun 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether increasing the dose of guselkumab helps people with Crohn's disease who didn't get enough benefit from the usual dose. About 210 adults with active Crohn's will receive a higher dose (200 mg every 4 weeks) and be followed for a year. The main goal is to see if they can achieve steroid-free remission with lower inflammation markers.
