Gentler gum surgery could save your teeth

Summary

This study tests a new way to do gum surgery for advanced gum disease. Instead of removing the inflamed tissue, surgeons will try to save it to help the gums heal better. The study will compare the new method to standard surgery in 25 adults and check results after 12 months.
