Summary
This study compares two surgical methods for treating bone loss caused by advanced gum disease. Researchers will test a new collagen matrix material against a standard bone graft material in 80 patients over 12 months. The goal is to see which approach better helps gums reattach to teeth and reduce deep pockets.
