Tracking the Long-Term growth of childhood cancer survivors

NCT ID NCT07490392

Summary

This study aims to understand how a specific cancer treatment affects children's growth and hormone development as they become teenagers and adults. Researchers will compare 300 former pediatric cancer patients: one group had a stem cell transplant before puberty, and the other group did not. The goal is to see if there are differences in final adult height, puberty timing, and hormone levels by reviewing past medical records and following patients forward.
