Summary
This study is testing a group program called Groups 4 Health (G4H) to see if it can reduce loneliness and boost well-being in university students. About 148 students will take part in five 90-minute sessions focused on building social connections. Researchers will also collect saliva and blood samples to explore how stress hormones and genes might influence the program's effects.
