Summary
This study tested a group writing therapy for Chinese teenagers with PTSD. 53 teens took part, with half receiving the therapy and half on a waiting list. The therapy involved 5-8 group sessions where they wrote about their trauma. Results showed it helped reduce PTSD and depression symptoms.
