Summary
This study tests a 10-week virtual group therapy where people with PTSD and borderline personality disorder (BPD) traits write about their trauma using specific instructions. The goal is to see if this approach reduces PTSD symptoms and keeps more people in treatment compared to standard therapies. Participants must be 18-65, have both conditions, and have completed a DBT skills group first.
