Brazil tests Student-Led group therapy to fight youth depression

Summary
This study is testing whether group therapy focused on improving relationships can help reduce depression symptoms in young adults. The therapy will be delivered by trained university students and doctors to groups of up to 10 participants over eight weekly sessions. Researchers will compare the therapy group to a waiting list group to see if it improves depression, anxiety, and quality of life.
