Summary
This study is testing a 12-week group program designed to help young adults with conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression improve their skills for romantic relationships. The program focuses on communication, emotional understanding, and building healthy relationship behaviors. Researchers will measure if participants feel less lonely, have better self-esteem, and report improved relationship skills and quality of life after completing the sessions.
