Group therapy shows promise for mental health in pakistan

Summary
This study will test if group therapy using CBT and mindfulness techniques can reduce depression and anxiety in adults in Pakistan. 108 people with moderate to severe depression will attend 12 weekly group sessions. The goal is to see if this approach improves emotional well-being and social support.
