Summary
This study aims to see if structured group therapy can help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety in Pakistani adults. It will compare two types of group sessions: one focused on changing thought patterns (CBT) and another on mindfulness and stress reduction. The goal is to provide a supportive, culturally sensitive way to build coping skills and emotional resilience.
