NCT ID NCT07397429
Summary
This study is testing whether a new group therapy method called 'I-Reconstruction' can help reduce anxiety in adults. Researchers will compare people who attend 10 weekly online therapy sessions with a group receiving usual care to see if the new approach is more effective. The main goal is to see if anxiety levels decrease and if any improvements last for up to a year after the classes end.
