Summary
This study tests a group therapy method called I-Reconstruction to see if it helps adults with anxiety feel better. 36 people will attend 10 weekly online sessions with breathing exercises and group discussions. Researchers will compare their progress to people receiving usual care, tracking anxiety levels for up to a year.
