Summary

This study compares two new group therapies for adults with major depression. One therapy helps change rigid negative thoughts, while the other boosts sensitivity to positive experiences. 150 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the therapies or a waiting list, and their progress will be tracked for 6 months.
