Summary

This study tests whether a virtual group therapy program can help caregivers of people with advanced cancer or serious life-limiting illness feel less hopeless and more connected to meaning and purpose. About 80 caregivers will participate in the program, which focuses on reducing emotional burden and improving well-being. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for caregivers.
