Summary

This study tests whether group gaming activities can reduce problematic gaming behavior in 100 young adults with gaming disorder. Participants are split into two groups: one receives a series of game-based activities and treatment, while the other serves as a control. The study measures changes in gaming severity, daily gaming hours, and anxiety levels before, after, and three months following the intervention.
