Summary
This study aims to understand how grief affects the heart and body in young adults. Researchers are testing if a short, positive writing exercise about personal values can help reduce the physical stress caused by remembering a loss. They will measure heart rate and blood pressure in 140 young adults who have lost a loved one in the past two years.
