First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 26, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests a special type of radiation called grid therapy combined with standard immunotherapy for people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has gotten worse despite treatment. Grid therapy delivers high doses of radiation to small parts of the tumor, which may help kill cancer cells more effectively. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can shrink tumors. About 20 adults whose cancer has progressed after immunotherapy will take part.
