New radiation technique tested to fight sarcoma with fewer side effects

NCT ID NCT06073067

Summary

This study is testing a special radiation technique called GRID for people with soft tissue sarcoma in their arms or legs. The goal is to see if adding a single dose of GRID before standard radiation and surgery can better shrink the tumor without causing more serious wound healing problems. The study will enroll 20 participants to check the safety and early signs of effectiveness of this approach.
