First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special type of radiation called GRID, given before standard radiation and surgery, is safe and effective for people with soft tissue sarcoma in their arms or legs. The goal is to improve tumor removal and reduce the chance of the cancer coming back, without causing more wound problems after surgery. About 20 adults with high-risk sarcoma will take part.
