First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tested whether a simple urine test (Xpert Bladder Cancer Detection Test) can accurately detect bladder cancer in people who need a cystoscopy. The goal is to see if the urine test can help decide who really needs the scope exam, especially in areas like Greenland where access to urology services is limited. 127 adults participated, and the results aim to improve early diagnosis and outcomes for bladder cancer patients.
