Summary

This study looked at whether eating Greek yogurt for 8 weeks could improve markers of bone health and reduce inflammation in adults over 55. Forty participants were assigned to eat yogurt, with or without exercise, or to continue their usual habits. Researchers measured blood markers and body composition to see if the yogurt diet made a difference.
