Can a daily dose of grapes tame Obesity-Related inflammation?

Summary
This study is looking to see if eating freeze-dried grape powder for 4 weeks can improve gut bacteria, reduce body-wide inflammation, and lower stress in adults with obesity. 50 participants will try both the grape powder and a placebo powder in a random order to compare the effects. The main goal is to understand how grapes might influence the connection between gut health and the immune system.
