Can a grape snack boost your brain under stress?
NCT ID NCT06923722
Summary
This study is testing whether eating grape powder before a stressful mental task can help protect brain blood flow, thinking skills, and mood in healthy young adults. Participants will try both a high-flavonoid grape powder and a control powder to see which works better. The researchers also want to see if a person's usual diet, fitness level, or gut health affects how well the grape powder works.
