Summary
This study looks at whether a daily grape powder drink can reduce anxiety, depression, and stress in healthy college students aged 18-30. For 4 weeks, 50 participants will take either grape powder or a placebo and provide surveys and stool samples. The goal is to see if the powder improves mood by changing gut bacteria.
