Summary

This study looks at how well insulin-producing cells (islets) work after being transplanted back into people with chronic pancreatitis who had their pancreas removed. Researchers will collect blood samples to measure inflammation and graft function. The goal is to understand what affects long-term success of the transplant. Participants must be 18 or older and able to attend follow-up visits.
