Summary
This study tests whether taking a daily supplement called Alpha-Glycerophosphocholine (α-GPC) can improve thinking, memory, and physical performance in healthy adults aged 25 to 55. Over 6 weeks, 80 participants will take either α-GPC or a placebo pill, and complete cognitive tests and exercise tasks. The goal is to see if α-GPC is safe and effective for enhancing mental and physical function.
