Head-to-Head gout battle: which treatment strategy wins?

Summary
This study aims to find the best long-term strategy for managing gout by comparing two common approaches. It will follow 650 adults with gout for two years to see which method better prevents painful flare-ups and improves quality of life. The trial focuses on practical care that could be used in regular doctor's offices.
