Summary
This study is testing two different doses of an injected medication called Cortrophin Gel to see how well and how quickly it can relieve the intense pain of a sudden gout attack. It is for adults who have just started a gout flare and cannot take common gout medicines like NSAIDs or colchicine. Participants receive one injection and track their pain relief over one week.
