Summary

This study is testing a virtual health platform that provides exercise, nutrition advice, and psychological support to people undergoing hemodialysis for end-stage kidney disease. The goal is to help patients feel better and improve their walking ability and overall quality of life. About 70 medically stable adults on dialysis will take part.
