Summary
This study looks at two physical therapy techniques for frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) in adults aged 40 to 60. One group gets Gong's Mobilization alone, the other gets Gong's Mobilization plus the Niel-Asher technique. Over four weeks, researchers will measure pain, range of motion, and disability to see if the combination works better. 46 participants are being recruited at two centers in Pakistan.
