Summary

This study tests two versions of a physical therapy technique called Gong's mobilization to help people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). About 42 adults aged 40 to 60 with stage 2 or 3 frozen shoulder will receive either the standard technique or one with an added scapular lift. Researchers will measure pain, shoulder movement, and daily function to see which approach works better.
