First safety check for experimental drug in people with liver damage
NCT ID NCT06535399
Summary
This early-stage study tested how a new drug called golcadomide behaves in people with moderate to severe liver problems compared to healthy volunteers. Researchers gave a single dose to 29 participants to measure drug levels in the blood and check for safety issues. The goal was to understand if liver impairment changes how the body processes this medication.
