Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new combination of three drugs (golcadomide, poseltinib, and rituximab) for adults with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. The study aims to see if this combination can shrink tumors in more than 30% of the 20 participants. It is a proof-of-concept study to gather initial safety and effectiveness data.
