Summary
This study looks at how a nasal spray (GnRH agonist) helps support the early stages of pregnancy after IVF. Researchers will measure hormones and other substances in the blood and fluid around the eggs to understand the spray's effects. The study involves 150 women aged 18-45 undergoing their first to third IVF cycle with a fresh embryo transfer.
