Summary

This study tests whether a dietary supplement called GLYLO can reduce harmful compounds linked to aging in postmenopausal women aged 45 to 65 who are overweight or have high blood sugar. Participants will take GLYLO or a placebo daily for 6 months and undergo tests for metabolism, physical function, and cognition. The goal is to see if the supplement improves health and slows age-related decline.
