Summary

This study looks at whether starting resistance exercise training before breast cancer surgery can help reduce common side effects like fatigue, muscle loss, and reduced strength. The study involves 68 postmenopausal women with breast cancer who are scheduled for chemotherapy before surgery. Participants will follow a supervised exercise program to see if it improves muscle mass and overall well-being.
