Summary
This study looked at how certain nutritional products affect blood sugar levels in healthy adults. Fourteen volunteers, aged 18 to 65 with a normal body weight, each consumed a test product or a reference product after fasting. Their blood sugar was measured before and several times over two hours. The goal was to calculate the glycemic index of the test products.
