Summary
This study looks at how a special nutritional drink (ONS) affects blood sugar levels in 30 healthy adults. Participants will drink both the ONS and a sugar solution on different days, and their blood sugar will be tracked. The goal is to calculate the drink's glycaemic index, which tells us how quickly it raises blood sugar compared to pure glucose.
