Summary
This study tests whether glutamine, a natural supplement, can prevent nerve damage caused by the chemotherapy drug vincristine in children and teens with cancer. About 70 participants aged 6 to 18 will take glutamine for 14 days during treatment. Researchers will track who develops neuropathy and whether fewer dose reductions or early stops are needed.
