Summary
This study looks at how the brain uses sugar (glucose) in people with multiple sclerosis (MS) compared to healthy volunteers. Researchers will use a special PET scan to measure brain activity and compare it with standard MRI scans and blood tests. The goal is to find better ways to diagnose and track MS, improving patient care. About 50 adults aged 18-70 with MS or healthy controls will participate.
