Summary

This study tests whether eating 4 GlucoBites cookies daily for 12 weeks can improve blood sugar control and lower the risk of diabetic foot ulcers in adults with type 2 diabetes. 126 participants will either eat the cookies or continue standard care. The cookies contain an herb called Gynura procumbens, which may help with insulin resistance and blood vessel health.
